Ingredients
- 1 bottle (750 ml) of still cider*.
- 10 oz (300 ml) Heritage 77 apple juice
- 3 oz (90 ml) orange liqueur (Triple sec, Cointreau or Grand Marnier)
- 2 oz (90 ml) lime juice
- 11 oz (330 ml) sparkling water or soda
- 1 lime, sliced, then slices cut in half
- 1 Québec apple, diced
- Ice cubes
Preparation
- In a large pitcher, combine all ingredients except sparkling water.
- Add lime slices and apple cubes. Refrigerate for 1 to 2 hours.
- Add sparkling water and ice just before serving.
Tips and tricks
*A still cider is a cider without bubbles.
