On September 12 and 13 , Quebec apples were in the spotlight at the Grand Marché de Québec during Festi-pomme , an event organized by Les Producteurs de pommes du Québec to meet with consumers and celebrate the local apple season.
For two days, visitors were able to interact with producers, discover different varieties, participate in games and activities and, of course, taste Quebec apples.
We took the opportunity to hand the microphone to the public and ask them a few questions: favorite varieties, consumption habits, knowledge about Quebec apples⊠The answers resulted in a vox-pop that was as friendly as it was revealing!
