Ingredients
- 2 large boneless chicken breasts, cut into strips
- 2 large or 3 small apples, peeled and sliced
- A small tin of raisins soaked in hot water
- 1 tablespoon honey or a little more
- Salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
- In a skillet, brown chicken breasts in strips. Remove when cooked. Set aside. Season with salt and pepper.
- Cook apples in buttered and oiled skillet until softened and tender to your liking.
- Mix together the chicken and apples, then add the well-drained raisins. Mix well.
- Now pour honey over everything to taste. Cook for a few more minutes, stirring a few times.
Tips and tricks
Once the recipe is finished, you can add slices of cheese at the last minute. Delicious with warm apples.
