Apple and smoked duck

- 1 Empire apple
- 80 g (about 2 3/4 oz.) sharp cheddar cheese, cut into 12 pieces
- 12 slices smoked duck
- 15 ml (1 tablespoon) olive oil
- 5 ml (1 teaspoon) cider vinegar
- 5 ml (1 teaspoon) honey
Preparation
- Cut the apple into twelve wedges.
- Place a piece of cheese on each apple wedge. On 12 toothpicks, prick slices of smoked duck, making them wavy. Place the toothpicks on the cheese and apple pieces.
- In a bowl, combine olive oil, cider vinegar and honey.
- Drizzle each bite with fragrant oil.
