Healthy autumn sandwich

Ingredients

2 slices Bon MatinTM Festin de grains no-fat bread, no added sugar
4-6 slices Québec apples (Gala, Empire or Honeycrisp)
Old-fashioned mustard to taste
1 tsp. dried cranberries, coarsely chopped
1 handful microgreens (sunflower, pea and radish)
4 slices turkey, thinly sliced
3 slices beets, cooked
Salt and pepper to taste
A handful of microfoams of your choice

Preparation

  1. Spread one slice of Bon MatinTM Festin de grains no-fat, no-sugar-added bread with mustard.
  2. Place cranberries on mustard.
  3. Add a handful of microgreens.
  4. Place the turkey, apple slices and beet slices on the microfoams.
  5. Season with salt and pepper.
  6. Add more microfoam and close with the other slice of bread.
  7. Taste for yourself.
