Healthy autumn sandwich

2 slices Bon MatinTM Festin de grains no-fat bread, no added sugar
4-6 slices Québec apples (Gala, Empire or Honeycrisp)
Old-fashioned mustard to taste
1 tsp. dried cranberries, coarsely chopped
1 handful microgreens (sunflower, pea and radish)
4 slices turkey, thinly sliced
3 slices beets, cooked
Salt and pepper to taste
A handful of microfoams of your choice
Preparation
- Spread one slice of Bon MatinTM Festin de grains no-fat, no-sugar-added bread with mustard.
- Place cranberries on mustard.
- Add a handful of microgreens.
- Place the turkey, apple slices and beet slices on the microfoams.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Add more microfoam and close with the other slice of bread.
- Taste for yourself.
