Ingredients
- 2 apples
- Juice of one lemon
- 2 tbsp Canadian maple sugar
- 2 tbsp Canadian maple butter
- Cinnamon
Preparation
- Cut apples in half and remove core and seeds.
- Lightly drizzle with lemon juice and sprinkle maple sugar all over the apple.
- Stuff the apple hole with maple butter and bake at 180°C for 25 to 30 minutes.
