Baked apples with sugar and maple butter

Ingredients

  • 2 apples
  • Juice of one lemon
  • 2 tbsp Canadian maple sugar
  • 2 tbsp Canadian maple butter
  • Cinnamon

Preparation

  1. Cut apples in half and remove core and seeds.
  2. Lightly drizzle with lemon juice and sprinkle maple sugar all over the apple.
  3. Stuff the apple hole with maple butter and bake at 180°C for 25 to 30 minutes.
