Brie with apples and dulce de leche

Ingredients

1 300 g brie (2⁄3 lb)

2 Quebec apples

60 ml (¼ cup) dulce de leche

Preparation

Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).

Place the brie in a small baking dish or brie pan.

Cut the apples into quarters.

In a bowl, combine the apple wedges with the dulce de leche.

Top the brie with the apple mixture. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes.
