Apple and old cheddar crisp roll and "pépère" apple cake

Crispy apple and old cheddar roll

- 2 spring roll dough
- 1/2 apple, small dice
- Maple syrup to taste
- Old cheddar 3 years to taste

- 125 g flour
- 7 g baking powder
- 60 g vegetable oil
- 150 g sugar
- 75 g milk
- 3 Gala apples
- 1 lemon zest

Preparation
Apple and old cheddar crisp roll

- Combine apples and maple syrup.
- Garnish pasta squares.
- Freeze for a few hours.
- Fry the frozen rolls.
Apple cake "pépère

- Generously butter the moulds and set aside.
- Mix together flour, spices and baking powder.
- Mix oil, sugar and eggs.
- Stir in the dry ingredients, adding the milk.
- Add the apples.
- Molding.
- Bake at 350 F for about 15 minutes.
