Apple and old cheddar crisp roll and "pépère" apple cake

Ingredients

Crispy apple and old cheddar roll

    • 2 spring roll dough
    • 1/2 apple, small dice
    • Maple syrup to taste
    • Old cheddar 3 years to taste

Apple cake "pépère

      • 125 g flour
      • 7 g baking powder
      • 60 g vegetable oil
      • 150 g sugar
      • 75 g milk
      • 3 Gala apples
      • 1 lemon zest

Preparation

Apple and old cheddar crisp roll

    1. Combine apples and maple syrup.
    2. Garnish pasta squares.
    3. Freeze for a few hours.
    4. Fry the frozen rolls.

Apple cake "pépère

    1. Generously butter the moulds and set aside.
    2. Mix together flour, spices and baking powder.
    3. Mix oil, sugar and eggs.
    4. Stir in the dry ingredients, adding the milk.
    5. Add the apples.
    6. Molding.
    7. Bake at 350 F for about 15 minutes.
