Passionata

For baking To crunch Availability: Around October 15

Fragrant and crispy, Passionata has an atypical taste reminiscent of muscat grapes and passion fruit. The yellow fruit is slightly orange and pink on the sunny side. Good for both chewing and cooking, it will appeal to gourmands and gourmets curious to discover a new terroir.

Introduced to orchards in 2015, it is the result of a cross between NJ75 (a New Jersey hybrid, a low-acid yellow apple) and an unknown tree.

Passionata is a variety created by Tomorrow's Apple.
