Crunchy and firm on the palate, with a hint of fruitiness, Primgold's subtle aromas are complemented by a sweet taste with a hint of acidity.
Introduced to Quebec orchards in the late 80s, Primgold is a variety created in the 70s by the Georges Delbard nursery in Malicorne, Sarthe (France).
