Rosinette is a sweet, fruity fruit with white flesh, sometimes tinged with pink when ripe. A slight touch of acidity balances the fruit's flavors. crispy and juicy, Rosinette can easily be stored for a long time. Good for both cooking and eating, it's a local product to discover!

Introduced to orchards in 2014, it is the result of a cross between NJ75 (a New Jersey hybrid, a low-acid yellow apple) and an unknown tree.
