Délicieuse jaune is a crisp, creamy-white apple with juicy, slightly tart, sweet, honeyed flesh. It has a long shelf life and is delicious for eating and cooking. It is produced in small quantities in Quebec.
Introduced in 1916, it is thought to be a cross between Grimes Golden and Golden Reinette.
