Apple potato chips

Cooking:
2 to 3 hours

Ingredients

  • Apples
  • Lemon juice
  • Cinnamon sugar
  • Paprika
  • Cayenne pepper
  • Sea salt to taste

 

Preparation

  1. Slice apples using a mandolin (variety of your choice).
  2. Sprinkle the slices with a little lemon juice.
  3. To taste, sprinkle with cinnamon sugar or even paprika, cayenne pepper and sea salt.
  4. Arrange slices on a baking sheet.
  5. Bake at low temperature, about 95°C (200°F), for 2 to 3 hours.
  6. Halfway through cooking, turn each slice over to optimize dehydration.
