Ingredients
- Apples
- Lemon juice
- Cinnamon sugar
- Paprika
- Cayenne pepper
- Sea salt to taste
Preparation
- Slice apples using a mandolin (variety of your choice).
- Sprinkle the slices with a little lemon juice.
- To taste, sprinkle with cinnamon sugar or even paprika, cayenne pepper and sea salt.
- Arrange slices on a baking sheet.
- Bake at low temperature, about 95°C (200°F), for 2 to 3 hours.
- Halfway through cooking, turn each slice over to optimize dehydration.
