Tips and tricks
Look for the Pommes Qualité Québec logo when you're in the grocery store! This ensures that you're buying real apples from here, not elsewhere!
Gala has yellow, juicy, very firm and crispy flesh. This apple, attractive for its striped colors and shape, has a smooth, thin skin. Here are just a few of its qualities: very crispy, juicy, sweet and low in acidity ... Perfect for sushi or tartar!
