Apple-pineapple-nectarine smoothies

Ingredients

  • 2 Gala apples, peeled and cubed
  • 500 ml (2 cups) pineapple, cubed
  • 2 nectarines, peeled and halved into quarters
  • 30 ml (2 tablespoons) fresh ginger, grated
  • 500 ml (2 cups) Heritage 77 juice
  • 30 ml (2 tablespoons) chia seeds

Preparation

  1. Place all ingredients except chia seeds in a blender or food processor and blend at high speed until smooth.
  2. Pour into glasses and add chia seeds on top. Serve.
