Ingredients
- Brown sugar and cinnamon around the glass
- 2-3 cinnamon sticks and apple slices
- Apple compote (homemade, 1 apple)
- 1 oz vodka
- A few drops of maple syrup
- Orange zest
- 2 oz sparkling wine
- 2 oz sparkling water
Preparation
- Combine brown sugar and cinnamon on a plate.
- Pour water onto another plate.
- Soak glass in water, then in sugar mixture.
- Combine compote, zest, vodka and maple syrup in a shaker.
- Pour into glass.
- Top up the glass with sparkling wine and sparkling water.
- Decorate with apple slices and cinnamon sticks.
